Blade Runner, but it’s your street
Cyberpunk Neon is the atmosphere effect: any daylight scene becomes a rain-soaked night city — buzzing signs, wet reflections, cinematic haze. It’s the fastest way to give footage a production design budget it never had.
Reflections make the sell
The effect lives or dies on surfaces: wet asphalt mirroring signs, glass catching neon, haze giving the lights somewhere to glow into. Streets and alleys with good verticals are ideal inputs. Draft the look on Luma Ray 2 — its atmosphere physics are the best per credit — and finish on Seedance 2.5 when scene consistency matters. One prompt line shifts the whole city’s palette when you’re ready to grade.
