Weather, as a post-production decision
Every exterior shoot has the same enemy: the sky you got instead of the sky you needed. Sky Replace swaps gray for golden hour, storm, or aurora — and re-lights the entire scene to match. The swap is the easy part; the believable re-light is the craft, and it’s baked into the preset.
The re-light is the trick
Shadows lengthen, rim light warms, the grade shifts — when the new sky is golden hour, the whole world agrees. That’s why this preset defaults to Luma Ray 2: its atmosphere physics are the most natural per credit in the roster. Exteriors with a clean horizon convert best. One prompt line changes the weather system entirely — ‘aurora borealis, cold blue scene light’ — and every take is saved with its settings for the series you’re obviously about to make.
